Reordering a supply of BizX Authorization Slips is easy! You can email help@bizx.com and the Member Care team will get them in the mail to you right away or you can call the BizX office at 800-939-BIZX (2499). Just let us know your BizX account name and confirm the mailing address where the slips should be sent.
