It doesn't happen often, but occasionally a transaction you are attempting to process will not go through.  You'll either see a pop-up message if you're processing the transactions online, or a recorded message if using our telephone automated authorization system, advising we aren't able to approve the charge. This does not necessarily mean the buyer’s account is in bad standing, so it is good to always check with BizX.

If you are unable to get an authorization through our automated service, contact BizX Member Care immediately (425-998-5025 or [email protected]). 

If the BizX offices are closed, take a valid credit card number as backup for payment until you can call or email the BizX Office on the next business day.
