How do I handle accounting of BizX sales and purchases?

Tracking your sales and purchases is easy - just have your bookkeeper or accountant set up a BizX general ledger account and record the transactions into that account as they occur.  You'll receive a monthly BizX statement which will show all purchases and sales for each month.  We encourage you to reconcile the general ledger account against your monthly statement, and let us know right away if there are any discrepancies, or if a transaction that shows up on your statement isn't one you recognize.

You also want to be sure to give and get invoices and receipts just as you do for any cash transactions.  Think of BizX as another payment method.  Not credit, not cash, but BizX!
