If you want to cancel a transaction that hasn't been processed by the seller yet, reach out to them and let them know right away that you've changed your mind.
To reverse a transaction that has already been processed requires some help from BizX. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, give us the details about the transaction including the date it was run, the amount and the buyer/seller. We'll need to know why the transaction should be reversed. If it was a simple mistake we'll fix it right away.
If you're disputing the transaction because the product or service wasn't delivered as ordered, we'll open a Transaction Dispute and work with the seller and you to resolve it. Either way, it's email@example.com to the rescue.
