By submitting a BizX Travel Request, you are not committed to booking through us but once the reservation is confirmed, it is non-refundable. We can sometimes arrange a postponement, or change dates for you, but we can't promise it. Any changes made to a confirmed reservation are assessed a $50 BizX change fee. With these tips in mind, remember that a reservation is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from one of our Member Care team. We encourage you to wait for that confirmation before purchasing non-cancellable airfare.
