Gift cards and certificates cannot be returned, however, if a card is not honored or becomes invalid for any reason, BizX will assist in resolving the issue.  BizX cannot guarantee the funds on the card as each retail merchant has its own policies. Please email help@bizx.com and we will look into the issue, which are usually resolved within 48 hours.

  • Gift certificate orders may be modified or cancelled at any time prior to our fulfillment of the order.  Changes need to be made by 1 pm on the day you place the order.  Orders are typically fulfilled the same day after 1 pm.
