All gift card and gift certificate sales are final. However, if a card is not honored or becomes invalid for any reason, BizX will assist in resolving the issue. BizX cannot guarantee the funds on the card as each retail merchant has its own policies. Please email help@bizx.com and we will look into the issue. BizX is unable to return or exchange gift cards under any circumstances after 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift certificate orders may be modified or cancelled at any time prior to our fulfillment of the order. Changes need to be made by 1 pm on the day you place the order. Orders are typically fulfilled the same day after 1 pm.
