For the Buyers protection, a Seller cannot set up or edit a recurring payment request on the behalf of the Buyer. Seller's will see any recurring payments under "Transactions", "Recurring Transactions" then under the "Recurring Sales" section.
If you are the seller and need to change the payment parameters, please connect with your customer to update this on their account.
