Many of the hotels and resorts we work with have black-out restrictions -  times when they are most busy with cash reservations and no empty rooms to offer for BizX reservations. A general rule of thumb is all major US Holiday weeks are not available. Easter and Spring Break are also blacked out in those popular vacation destinations including Mexico, Florida and the coastal destinations across the US. If you keep that in mind when submitting your requests, you'll be less likely to be disappointed and pleasantly surprised if we're able to pull a rabbit out of the hat for you and get you where you want to go, when you want to be there!
